VHS Month - Nitroriff 1 Blood Sweat & Gears BONUS

Way back when freakandnitro.com was a little fledgling website - Kellen Nitro debuted NitroRiff - his commentary overtop classic childhood vhs casette tapes. Well the original Nitroriff was for a USHRA video called Blood, Sweat and Gears.. and it turns out there was a deluxe version with footage cut from the original. And for good measure - if you hadn't seen it back in 2011, here was the original 33 minute commentary.

VHS Month - Piledriver the Wrestling Album II The Videos

We promise brand new stuff coming up over the next month - but for now lets throwback to a VHS-exclusive World Wrestling Federation Music Videos tape that you could get alongside your vinyl record. The complete list for Nitroriff II is up right here!

From Wikipedia;

Piledriver: The Wrestling Album 2[1] was an album released by the World Wrestling Federation in 1987. It featured actual vocal performances from several of the wrestlers themselves.

The original vinyl LP release of Piledriver featured a head shot of Hulk Hogan wearing a construction hard hat on the front cover. It has not yet officially appeared in the CD format, whereas every other WWF/WWE album has. In addition to the album, a VHS videotape version was also issued in 1987 by Coliseum Video. This tape featured music videos for 8 of the songs from the album (the songs "Crank It Up" and "Waking Up Alone" did not have music videos made for them).

Part 1 (Piledriver)

Part 2 (Cool Cocky & Bad)

Part 3 (Demolition)

Part 4 (Rock n Roll Hootchie Koo feat. Rick Derringer, Hulk Hogan & Mean Gene Okerlund)

Part 5 (Girls in Cars)

Part 6 (Jive Soul Bro)

Part 7 (Stand Back!)

Part 8 (If You Only Knew)
